One response is education for cosmopolitan citizenship based on principles derived from the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC).在全球化的背景下，作为公民教育基础的爱国主义受到年轻人多重身份和价值多元化的挑战。基于源自联合国儿童权利（CRC）的原则，进行国际化公民教育是一种可行的回应。

主讲人简介：
Hugh Starkey教授是英国伦敦大学教育学院教授 ，主要研究方向是公民权和人权教育学，其代表著作：《国籍变更：民主和包容性的教育与教师和人权教育》，其研究领域是教育在跨文化的角度下发展的民主性的公民身份和人权教育。他曾担任欧洲教科文组织和英国文化协会理事会的人权教育和跨文化教育的顾问，他主持了欧洲委员会资助的主要研究和开发项目。
