主讲人介绍：  Joe Winston is Professor of Drama and Arts Education at the University of Warwick, UK. He spent many years as a teacher and as a school principal in primary education before joining the university and is well known internationally for his lively in service work with students, artists and teachers. He has previously worked in China at Beijng Normal University, at Shanghai Theatre Academy and at Donghua University and he often works in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. He has been fortunate to have had many students from China follow the MA in Drama and Theatre Education, for which he is course leader at Warwick University, and is currently supervising three students from China at doctoral level. He has written a number of publications for teachers, academics and researchers, including Beginning Drama: 4-11 and Drama, Literacy and Moral Education 5-11, both of which have been translated into Chinese. Beauty and Education was reviewed as Book of the Week in the Times Higher Education Supplement in April, 2010. His most recent book is entitled Transforming the Teaching of Shakespeare with the Royal Shakespeare Company and was published by Bloomsbury in the Arden Shakespeare Series early in 2015.
