内 容 介 绍：Computational analysis of humans and human behaviors is of great importance with broad applications in video surveillance, business intelligence, next generation robots, wearable computing, identity management, smart environment, smart healthcare, etc. Although very useful, it is still a great challenge to perform human analysis accurately and robustly. In this talk, I will present my recent research works on visual analysis of humans and human behaviors. Some specific topics include human age estimation, demographic classification, body mass index (BMI) estimation from facial appearance, face recognition with makeup changes, and human action recognition.

主讲人介绍: Dr. Guodong Guo is now an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, West Virginia University. He received the Outstanding Researcher Award at the College of Engineering and Mineral Resources, West Virginia University, and North Carolina State Award for Excellence in Innovation.
